Watch one video for a quick practice or watch several in a row to create your own customized class. Pose modifications and specific health concerns are addressed before each class so you can safely and easily use this DVD throughout your entire pregnancy.
The Embracing Motherhood series was inspired by the Fruits of the Spirit framework (found in Ephesians 5) and every class has a unique verse, opens and closes in prayer, and includes an on-going prayer that you can actively apply to your daily life.
